HISTORY:
Anaikuttam Dam is located on Arjuna River in Virudunagar District in Tamil Nadu. The construction of the dam was completed in 1989. With the completion of the dam, the problem of drinking water was eased.The district was earlier known as the Karmavirar Kamarajar Disctrict.
